This document outlines the licensing terms and usage rights for all products, services, and content provided by Scale Value ("Company"). By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products & Templates

2.1 Standard License

Our standard license grants you:

Use in a single end product (personal or commercial)
Right to modify and derivative works
Perpetual, non-exclusive usage rights
No requirement to attribute Scale Value

2.2 Extended License

Extended licenses are available for:

Use in multiple end products
Resale or redistribution as part of larger products
White-labeling for agency use
Custom enterprise deployments

3. Custom Development Work

For custom projects developed by Scale Value:

3.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client receives:

Full ownership of custom code and designs
Source files and documentation
Right to modify, distribute, and commercialize

3.2 Scale Value Retains

Rights to general methodologies and techniques
Pre-existing intellectual property and tools
Right to use anonymized portfolio references

4. Third-Party Assets

Some deliverables may include third-party assets:

Stock images and videos
Open-source libraries and frameworks
Licensed fonts and icons

These assets are subject to their respective licenses. Scale Value ensures all third-party assets used have appropriate commercial licenses.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Resell or redistribute our products as standalone items
Use our products for illegal or unethical purposes
Claim our work as entirely your own creation
Remove copyright notices from source files
Use in products promoting hate speech or discrimination

6. AI-Generated Content

For AI-generated content through our platform:

You retain rights to content generated from your prompts
Scale Value may use anonymized data to improve AI models
Commercial use is permitted under our terms

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital products are generally non-refundable due to their nature. However, we offer:

14-day preview period for subscription services
Bug fixes and updates for purchased products
Case-by-case consideration for technical issues
