All content, designs, code, and materials created by Scale Value remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers as specified in the service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scale Value shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
